All shelves in the lower cabinets are mounted on full extension slides for complete accessability.

The racks mounted beside the gas range are to hang the client's stainless All-Clad cookery. A shallow bookshelf is above the vent/microwave. Additional utensils also hang on the right side rack, as do stainless shelves for salt & pepper grinders, etc. Angled spice racks are in the side drawers.
